Shipping Policy

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 48 hours. Weekends and holidays may effect scheduling by up to 72 hours. Your order could be delayed by out of stock items. You will be notified promptly by phone or email if this occurs. Please allow an extra 2 or 3 days for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

Shipping Methods

We typically ship orders under 2 lbs by US priority mail or first class mail, unless you select Overnight or 2nd day shipping. Packages over 2 lbs typically ship UPS ground, so please do not submit a PO Box address when choosing express.

Expedited Shipping to 48 Contiguous States

Overnight and 2nd day packages ship via Fedex. Fedex does not pick up on Saturday or Sunday. Please note for orders placed on after 1PM EST Friday will not ship until Monday. Order placed for overnight on Thursday will arrive Friday however, Friday orders (before 1PM) will arrive Monday. Thursday orders before 1PM for 2nd day deliveries will arrive Monday. International Orders

International orders are shipped same as domestic orders and most orders are received in 7-14 days from the time they are placed. Delays are most often caused by your countries import/ customs/ duty/ post office(s), and are out of our control. We will investigate missing international orders after 30 calendar days of the ship date.

Packages delivered outside the USA may incur customs or import taxes. We have no control over whether your country will charge customs or import taxes when the package reaches your country. We write on customs forms what is inside each package as well as the cost of your order. The person who receives the order is responsible for paying all costs associated with moving their package through their customs or import tax system, and we cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend that you contact your local customs or import office for further information on what these charges may be.

For exceptionally heavy or large international orders, we will notify you in advance that shipping might cost more and allow you the opportunity to accept or cancel.

International shipping charges DO NOT include any import fees, duties, or VAT charges that may be required by your country. It is the ordering party’s sole responsibility to check with the ordering country’s customs/ import office, or proper government agency to see if any fees may apply to your order.
